"Good experience, just a little pricey"
I stopped by the Duluth Trading store last weekend to pick up some work pants and socks, and overall it was a good trip. The staff had a friendly, laid-back vibe and didn’t follow me around or push anything, which made the experience a lot better. The fitting rooms were clean and easy to use too. My only real complaint is that the prices felt a bit steep, even with the sale signs up. That said, the quality seemed solid, so I’d still shop there again.

"Easy to Use, Just a Little Slow"
Overall, the site was easy to get around and I found what I needed really fast. The filters were super helpful, and every shopping site should make it that simple. The only downside was that a few pages loaded kind of slowly on my phone, and checkout took longer than it probably should have. But shopping on phones is always like that, so I wasn’t too surprised. Still had a good experience overall

"Easy Exchange, Really Appreciated It"
I had to exchange a shirt for a bigger size, i’m grateful for how simple the whole process was. The instructions were easy to follow, the return label worked without any issues, and the replacement showed up sooner than I expected. It was a smooth experience all around, and I really appreciate that.

"Quick help, even if I lost track of the timing"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support, and they got back to me really fast. i can’t remember if it was later that day or the next morning, but it felt quick. They fixed everything without making it a whole ordeal, which I really appreciated

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s getting really frustrating. Every time I try to follow up, it feels like nobody is actually taking ownership of the issue. I keep getting passed around or given vague answers, but no one seems responsible for fixing it. I just want a clear update and my money back.

"More options than I expected"
I was just browsing and didn’t expect much, but I ended up finding way more sizes and choices than I thought they’d have. Kind of nice when that happens, especially because I usually have to check a few places before finding the right fit. I was planning to look quickly and then move on, but I kept noticing more options, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered a couple of shirts and some work pants from Duluth, they’re really comfortable. The fit feels easy to move around in, not stiff or scratchy at all, which is always a relief. I wore them all day and pretty much didn’t think about them once, and that’s kind of the whole goal with work clothes, right?

I picked up a couple of shirts and some work pants from Duluth Trading, and I’ve been impressed. The material feels thick, but it’s not stiff or uncomfortable, so I can actually wear it all day without feeling restricted. I’ve washed everything a few times now, and since nothing shrank weird or lost its shape, it feels like the quality is legit. It seems made for real use, not just to look nice in the store. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

"Wanted to like them, but they didn’t hold up"
I really thought these Duluth work pants were going to be solid. I remember the fit being decent when I first got them, though I couldn’t tell you much else that stood out. After a few weeks on the job, the knees were already starting to get thin, and one of the pocket seams came loose. Maybe I’m forgetting a couple good points, but what stuck with me is that they just didn’t feel tough enough for the price. They’re not the worst pants I’ve ever worn, but I probably won’t buy their workwear again.

"Poor customer service and really, really slow packaging and shipping!"

Have ordered a lot from Duluth. Not going to any more. Placed and order and tried to cancel after realizing i was not logged into my account, nope cant do it. CS on line, nope cant do it. It took four days before they packaged and shipped but change 2 minutes after placing the order was not possible.

Now my package that was supposed to be delivered USPS Monday is still missing in Champaign   IL where its been all week. 145 miles away and more than a week and still lost. Called CS they could only tell me it was sent.

Received other Duluth items for Christmas and they are going back at a store in Missouri this week. Carhart 100%!

The shirt felt really comfortable at first, and I liked how it fit, but after just a few washes the seams started coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I also reached out about it and was hoping for a faster response, so that was a bit frustrating too.

"Discount Felt a Little Fishy"
I saw the sale prices and thought I was getting a good deal, but once I got to checkout, the discount was way less than I expected. Maybe I missed some fine print, but it felt a bit suspicious, like the deal wasn’t as straightforward as it looked. I ended up just closing the page and not ordering.
