What happened: Briefly. Wife bought me what she thought good quality pants. Not cheap. Wore them * times and cheap plastic pocket snaps just broke off. Replaced myself with good quality brass snaps from fabric store. Think for such a bragging company on tv advertising product would actually stand up to use. Called customer service and female had attitude and was like send back or oh well, your ****** luck. Told her fine will go with north face or Columbia next time . She was was like go ahead. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience. Be nice if someone really stood by their product these days. Pretty sad. Thought feedback would be helpful to keep your products up to standards. What would satisfy me ? An incentive like coupon of equal cost to try another pair of pants to make me rethink my views on duluth products.
