Items returned *st part of February. Waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing. Called and was told return had been received but not showing anything sent back to me (I just wanted an exchange). Was informed that the merchandise would be sent right out. Called, AGAIN, today & was told the items would be sent out tomorrow or the next day. Asked why I wasn't informed the items didn't ship when I was told they would ship and just got an excuse that they might have had to be pulled from another location. If that were the case, good Customer Service would have been to notify the customer of the delay and why. You might have a "No Bull" guarantee, but you have bad Customer Service. No matter what the problem may be, if you have good Customer Service, and keep the customer in the loop as to why is going on instead of having him to call and call to find out, then usually anything is acceptable. Your company should build it's reputation on ** Customer Service and then you could follow with your "No Bull" guarantee. That guarantee isn't worth the paper it's printed on if there is no good Customer Service to back it up!!!
